SDM installation does not find installed libraries

When trying to install SDM on previous OCOM testserver (lab system, OCSM was uninstalled first) I get the following error:

System Package Diagnostics

ERROR: Missing required shared library libXi.so.6

ERROR: Missing required shared library libXtst.so.6

ERROR: Missing required shared library libXrender.so.1

When I check, all the libraries are actualy installed and latest version (I know this, as I installed them today myself).

Any ideas how can I make the SDM installer register those libraries? Server reboot does not really help.
