Intermittent OAM access error for one application

Hi

We started getting intermittent session time out and Oracle Access Manager error for one of the application.

Though intermittent OAM error,  users are saying they got before patch applications.

We have also applied OAM patches July 2019 Patch 29887467 and on top of that performance Patch for OAM 27584970.

We recently applied OHS patch of 12.2.1.3 -- Patch 30158713 for August 2019 which is in place of after rolling back July OHS patch --> 29794278.

We have also applied weblogic October patch on all domains --> patch # 30386660.

We see before patch applied OHS webgate logs show pretty less message "Authn token passed to the ObUserSession constructor is null ..." something whole day around tqo digits occurrences.
