DPK platform prompt

Hi Experts,

I have downloaded ELM image#19 for windows native OS for Win-2012 R2.

When I use the command - psft-dpk-setup.bat –-env_type midtier, I am not getting an option or prompt to "Specify the information for database platform." . I want to perform a SQL server install and not an Oracle one.

Please help.
