DPK - Skip Extracting Oracle Archives for non-oracle DB platforms

Hi Experts,

I am using the following command for ELM image#19 on WIndows native OS, "psft-dpk-setup.bat –-env_type midtier" for a mid-tier only install and my DB platform is MS SQL server-2014. So, Is there a way to skip the archive extracts related to Oracle database?
