error in installing ODAC 11.2.0.3.20. Specified key not found

Im triyng to install Oracle Data Access Components for Oracle Client 11.2.0.3.20 on a Windows 7 64bit server, whereas an Oracle 11g DB is installed.

Installation process come into error when it try to install "Oracle Services for Microsoft Transaction Server 11.2.0.3.0", and thereafter ODAC is not working, even if I skip that error (after setting ORACLE_HOME and PATH, I tried to execute a query from a WPF application connected to the DB via ODAC: I get ORA-12154: TNS: ora-12154 could not resolve the connect identifier specified).

it seems that "Oracle Services for MTS" components conflicts with a one previously installed in a different path, where DB instance is installed (see pic).
