FSCM PUM33 Error on Step 'Comparing ADS Project - ADS23744689' - Shape of 'EOPC_SECTION appears ...

I've had the following SR open with MOS regarding the error indicated above.  Below are the details of the SR.

I followed Solution provided in Doc ID 2305259.1 but am still receiving the same error:

1. Login to App Designer connected to Source.

2. Insert into Project Data Set Definition EOPC_SECTION, including **all the related objects**

3. Save the project to a name.

4. Go to Tools > Copy Project > To File

5. login to App Designer connected to Target

6. Go to Tools > Copy Project > From File

7. Save. Build the Project and check the PSBuild.log for errors. Any errors must be resolved before moving forward.
