We are upgrading our HCM environment to Tools 8.57.10, and we are trying to setup PUSH notifications.  In our Approvals Transaction Registry, we are seeing the message below message.  On researching in Oracle support it has to populate these 2 tables psptpncollevts & psptsvreventdef with AWE rows via an insert statement provided.  However, these rows are already populated in the tables.  Looking under the 'Notification Options' section, the Push checkbox is not visible.  Running in 3 tier debug, it was found in the App Package/Class EOAW_CORE:Utils in the Method isServerEventDefined  that the property &SERVER_EVENT_DEFINED is set to 'N'.  This is
