I am not receiving Test Notification in my outlook-inBox

I configure SMTP and now i press the 'Test Mailer' button. it ask me the 'Recipient Role', i provide it.and press 'Send Test Message' button.. i check WF_NOTIFICATIONS table, two records are generated there. i went to 'Workflow Administration' responsibility, i find two notification here. i acknowledge, both of them.. But i did not receive any notification in my OutLook inBox or Junk folder.

please share your experiences..
