NID is not formatted correctly in response email using Office365
We have a user who is using Office365 (Outlook) on their mobile, and they want to be able to respond to approval notifications that they receive via email. When using their mobile phone to do this, the response message is not formatted correctly - the square brackets are removed from the NID string, and so the response is not processed and the requisition remains in an "in process" status when it should be approved. If the same user approves via email using their laptop, the responses are formatted correctly.
I have checked their user account set up in EBS and they have their email preference set to "MAILHTML" - we are on R12.2
