AuditTrail Update Tables program getting failed

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

After adding columns in ap_suppliers and ap_supplier_sites_all table to enable audit on few more columns, I have run the AuditTrail Update Tables program but this program got errored out with the below error:

Fatal error in fdasql, quitting...

Fatal error in fdacv, quitting...

commit

Fatal error in fdaupc, quitting...
