PT857 CA step "Defining the Unified Compare Review"

My target environment is on PT8.57.08, and I am trying to apply a change package (initial pass) to get current on FSCM 9.2.034.  Towards the top of the CA job, I noticed a warning for the step "Defining the Unified Compare Review".  The log shows

Begin Application Engine Process (257,401)

Warning: There is no compare session for MO project <project name>. (0,0)

Message Set Number: 0

Message Number: 0

Message Reason: Warning: There is no compare session for MO project <project name>. (0,0) (0,0)

End Application Engine Process (257,402)

Application Engine program PTADSUNIRVW ended normally

Has anyone seen this warning?  Is there any corrective action I need to take?
