BANK_STMT_TBL BNK_ID_NBR not being loaded during TR_BSP_LOAD process

Hi,

We are receiving the message shown in the subject line - invalid account (certain accounts) after running TR_BSP_LOAD for a few bank statement. We found Doc ID: 1357305.1 indicating same issue but it refers to version 9.1 several years ago. We are in 9.2, Tools 8.56, Image 29. Is there any thing that can lead us to resolve the issue?
