Upgrade - file transfer in v8.x

I seem to have a strange issue and was wondering if anyone else has run into the same. I have a HA-4600 system with ver 8.3 p7 and a StandAlone with ver 8.3 m1. In all v8.x systems, I cannot seem to use WinSCP to transfer files to SBC, the all fail with errors - "Connection has been unexpectedly closed. Server sent command exit status 0". I can connect and send a small file but anything large fails after about 64K of copying. I also tried from another pc and it fails as well. Also tried to upload via GUI
