Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Unable to download excel

Hi Team,

We are unable to download small reports in excel, getting a error : there was an error processing your download. Please contact your administrator.

I do followed : https://support.oracle.com/epmos/faces/SearchDocDisplay?_adf.ctrl-state=6cum0klln_4&_afrLoop=193979122427459 No luck.

Its working in our DEV and UAT environment and not working in QA.

Checked config files : bridgeconfig.properties, config.xml and instanceconfig.xml. I don't see any difference.

Could you please suggest the solution on the same.
