Can anyone tell me what version and/or PUM image most on-premise shops are running?

We're moving towards a digital transformation and are hoping to get some basic information as part of that process. Can anyone tell me what version and/or PUM image most on-premise shops are running?  We are currently on tools v 8.57, image 30.
