IB message error on insync: Fetching array element 1: index is not in range 1 to 0. Any thoughts?

Any HCM folks use a 3rd party vendor for applicant testing? We're using SHL and have had no issues until we upgraded from PT 8.55 to 8.57.10. We're able to send them IB messages but we get a really obscure error message when they send messages back to us. The error is: Fetching array element 1: index is not in range 1 to 0. Any thoughts?
