Parent Child data capture in Access Policy change

Hi All,

We are implementing RBAC for one of the project. As part of this integration, we are looking for below thing. I need suggestion or recommendation to achieve below scenario.

1. We have one connector integration where we are populating parent and child data via Access Policy.

2. We need to capture current state of parent and child form data in case of Access Policy change and compare it before updating parent and child form as per Access Policy update.

If anyone has implemented this kind of scenario, please provide suggestion or recommendation.
