How to enable contract region in buyer work center in oracle purchasing?

Hello All,

Contract region does not appear in 12.2.8. Is there any setup or profile option to enable this contract region?

Navigation:

Oracle Purchasing --> Buyer Work Center --> Order --> Line tab --> update

Contract region does not appear in 12.2.8

in 12.1.3 is enabled. (PFA, for your reference)
