Oracle ISR - announcement of call being recorded

Does Oracle ISR support injecting audio/announcement to RTP/SRTP stream about a call being recorded or is it just passively receiving the SIPREC stream?

We have a requirement of informing the caller if a call is recorded and the best place to do it would be in the ISR (ISR itself is in planning phase). Second option would be to create a HMR for local playback, link it to certain criteria (trunk, B-number etc) and if HMR matches, locally play the announcement file. This can be done for RTP sessions, but not for SRTP.
