AWE - Approvers found by Skipped with comment 'Not Enough Approvers Found'

Hi All,

We have a situation where in our custom AWE is able to fetch the approvers based on SQL definition user list, however, when the AWE is submitted the approved is set as Skipped with an error 'Not enough Approvers found at step 1, path 1'

Can any one please help with troubleshooting this issue?

We are on PT 8.56.01.
