OCOM upgrade

Hi,

we were using an old OCOM version (3.3.....) and 'lost' the ESXi host it was running on. I planned to deploy the latest available one (v4.2.0.1.0).

It seems that this (and also the v4.1s) is only a patchset w/o the .iso file. Going back in the versions I can get a .iso fo v4.0.0.5.0

My question is do I have to install this and then apply all intermittent patchsets or can I go directly to the latest available one.
