Hi,

In workflow notification content, sometimes comments field or response field not displayed for capturing input from the user who takes action on the notification.

After logout and close browser and reopen the browser and re-login notification content comment field and response field displayed.

Your solution would helpful to resolve our issue, Kindly suggest.
