For this issue (Doc ID 2563241.1) here is the background:
ISSUE:

CS9.2, 8.56.16 When customer is developing custom Tiles that display HTML in free test using Tile Wizard and they are getting error message
ERROR
-----------------------
INVALID TAG : a- Only whitelisted tags and attributes are allowed h1=|h2|h3=|h4|h5=|h6|br=|p=|b=|i=|img=src,width,height,alt. Image format should be %IMAGE(PSIMGOBJECT)
To allow other tags and attributes, it should be whitelisted in its respective peoplecode field events.
