Purchase Requisition approval via email not working in R12.2.5
Hi Team,
I have some urgent production issue - client saying:
Purchase requisition approvals not working via emails. Though he is able to see notifications (no failures) and able to approve via Oracle EBS home page notifications. It stopped working this functionality via Email from Jan 3rd 2020.
As it is production instance I have very limited access to responsibilities to check the Workflow Notification Mailer settings. Any quick help would be appreciated ?
I see that notification mail is sent and user received for approval or rejection. When he approves via email it is not getting reflected in Oracle EBS Workflow approvals.
