Unable to execute a schedule query

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9-2 PT 8.53 image 0. We are able to assign a user to create a schedule query and the parameters for the query is also given by the user, when the query is about to be scheduled the following errors comes in at the screen shown. Any help how to resolve this issue:
