RESTAPI CONNECOTR FOR OIM 11G - how to add entitlement provisioning

we have implemented RESTAPI connector and all is working fine except adding entitlements, when we add entitlement i dont see in the JSON body or headear anything related, it does initiate a request of UPDATE but nothing inside.

i have a feeling it is connected to either lookup.provMapp or to the IT Resource, have anyone used this and can share exmplae of the setup
