sap connector issues

Our sap connector v11 stopped working on low env, anyone encores following error

oracle.iam.connectors.icfcommon.exceptions.IntegrationException: Connector ConnectorKey( bundleName=org.identityconnectors.sap bundleVersion=1.0.11170 connectorName=org.identityconnectors.sap.SAPConnector ) not found
