EBS R12.2 Workflow Mailer Issue

Hi,

The users were able to submit the workflow notifications without any issues. But, the workflow mailer didn't sent out the corresponding workflow mails to the approver's end. We were able to see the generation of the notification ID's from the user's end. All those notifications were in the OPEN (Status) - MAIL (Mail Status) for a longer time. We did a complete check on all the related touch ponts. Since everything was looking fine, we bounced the workflow components. The issue wasn't resolved by this action. Then, finally, the issue got resolved by bouncing the OPP manager whose primary node
