Hi Siebel Community,

Once we upgraded to the latest patch sets on the IP2017 base, we encountered numerous instances of application crash behavior related to how we implemented our scripted objects in Siebel eScript.  The script used to run fine in IP2015 and IP2016.

I have been tracking SRs related to using the Script Library context:

Application Crashes When Calling Business Service Function with Dot Notation and Strong Type (Doc ID 2612556.1)

Business Service Call Using Dot (.) Notation is Causing Application Crash In IP19 (Doc ID 2630542.1)

Additionally:

Semantic Warning While Using The Custom Methods Defined At Application Level (Doc ID 2620976.1)

It appears one bug related to the above will be addressed in 20.1 (

Howdy, Stranger!
