Line Level AWE Workflow Email Routing Problem
Hi guys.
I'm working on a line level AWE workflow using PeopleSoft 9.2.27, PeopleTools 8.56.09.
I have setup a Header and Line's in a page that drive my workflow.
When I Submit the request it correctly shows the routing in the Workflow Status Monitor.
The problem happens when the emails are distributed. For some reason it seems as though the email recipients for all represented approval lines are being included in a single email that is triggered during the Route for Approval event.
I have triple checked my User List, which is using a SQL object to derive the distribution and it is correctly pulling up the Operator ID's for each recipient by line.
