I have this SR open in MOS.

We've discovered that table PS_MESSAGE_LOG has over 270 million rows on it. The oldest date/time stamp in this table is July 2016.

I'm wondering if there is anything that clears rows from this table automatically that we are not aware of? And what's the potential harm if we delete some older rows from the table to reduce it's size?
