How to disable All Fluids Settings

Hello All

how do disable all Fluid mode settings in 8.57.10 ?

Example: Though I changed the styelsheet in branding options and changed Fluid Homepage to Classic - Global Search is still showing results in Fluid and the same with personalization page. Please advise
