Oracle Retail Merchandising Data Conversion

Hi,

Does anyone worked on Oracle Retail Merchandising data conversion tool. I am trying to install 16version. and I am getting below error:

org.tp23.antinstaller.InstallException: Not able to load and read the AntInstaller config

at org.tp23.antinstaller.runtime.exe.LoadConfigFilter.exec(LoadConfigFilter.java:107)

at org.tp23.antinstaller.runtime.ExecInstall.exec(ExecInstall.java:85)
