Can you be kind and explain me

What is the difference between FROM_USER  and FROM_ROLE ?

What is the difference between TO_USER and RECIPIENT_ROLE ?

What are the different values for STATUS and their meaning?

What are the different values for MAIL_STATUS and their meaning?
