Reporting web services - Executing the Query

Hello Team,

We are trying to use Query as a service to execute queries using web services.

Who can access this service ? Users having access to the PeopleSoft application and the underlying access to the query security tree can only access the QAS_EXECUTEQRY_REST_GET service ?

And Also, PTPT2200 permission has been given to the service operation REST GET.  So the same user should have access to this permission list to access this service ?
