Session-agent is OOS but the SBC still sends SIP requests
Hello,
During a ongoing SIP session the destination session-agent was getting unreachable.
The SBC marked that SA Out-of-Service (OOS) because OPTIONS ping periodically checked the SA availability.
After couple of minutes another SIP request came in within the session. The request has been forwarded to the SA marked as OOS.
Here are the test steps:
- Call#1 has been established at T
- Call#2 has been established at T+2 minutes
- Destination SA was getting unreachable at T+5 minutes
- Destination SA has been marked OOS at T+6 minutes
- UPDATE request (session refresh) has arrived in call#1 and has been forwarded at T+15 (no response as SA is down)
