ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded

in Financials for India - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hello,

We are observing issue "ORA-04068: existing state of packages has been discarded" where an user is trying to create/edit a promotion which call a custom pkg.

The workflow is getting failed and also the issue is being faced by one user for now.

Below is the error which we are observing in collaborator logs.
