workflow notification mailer with office 365 not processing mail
I have this issue raised as a SR bit thought I would ask here in case anyone has any ideas.
Our EBS notification mailer is connected to Office 365 and has been working fine for 12 months until close of play on Wednesday. Since then it is not sending or processing any emails
The mailer is not failing and I can't see any error messages, but it is not processing mail.
For SMTP I can see the number of rows in WF_NOTIFICATION_OUT going up
For IMAP the INBOX of the mail account has mail bit these are not being processed (I would expect them to got to the DISCARD folder and an 'unsolicited mail' to be generated.
