Hi Gurus,

We have the below issue while approving the credit memo approval request. Can you help me out to get it to resolve? I have tried to change the config variables but it's allowing me to change.

Failed Activity Find Receivable Approver

Activity Type Function

Error Name -20001

Error Message ORA-20001: Oracle Approvals Management has found parallelization configuration details. The context in which ame_api has been invoked does not support parallelization.
