Strategy is not getting closed

Hello All,

Can you please let me know which process is responsible for closing the Strategy? We have a Strategy assigned to a customer and the corresponding work items are now in closed status. But the customer is still Delinquent and the score remains the same. In this case, will the existing assigned strategy gets closed and a new one will be assigned?

If so, which process we need to run for the strategies to be assigned with open work items?
