Stop delete journal via system delivered process

Dear All

We are using PSFSCM 9.2 with image 0 and PT 8.53, I've raised this query before as well kindly refer to ticket.

Well, I would highly appreciate if we could be able to stop particulars users from deleting the journal via customization or a system delivered way. One, of the ways we have stopped specific users from verifying a journal is to add a new process group GL_JDEL review below screenshot in the component of Journal_edit_req and than made a permission list/role and assigned it to the users who are eligible for verifying the journal entry. The users without the permission list/role though edit journal (verify journal) option remains available to them but when they try to do so system didn't permit
