Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

On EBS 11.5.10 on AIX DB 11.2.0.4

We have some notifications which are not sent.

Then I found two queries in:

Can you help me please to interpret the results? Are all Retained not sent?
