Sub Contract information for the Main Contractor

Hello Team,

The Business needs to enter the SME Sub Contract information for the Main Contractor against the Contract with the attachments in the system.

E.g Public sector company usually will issue the purchase order/agreement to large scale supplier. then the awarded supplier  should give 10% business to local SME supplier as per govt. policy and this sme related po should be maintain against main contract in the ebs.

Please let me know if someone worked on this case and share recommended solution for this requirement.
