ACA 1094-C for State of New Jersey

We, the State of Delaware, received a notice from the State of New Jersey requiring us to provide them with a 1094-C for employees that reside in New Jersey. New Jersey feels comfortable with us providing them with our full 1094-C, however Delaware will not be doing that.

Will Oracle be developing and providing a program so that we can run the 1094-C with only State of New Jersey residents to comply with New Jersey's legislative requirement?
