How can we reassign strategy tasks to collectors after reassigning customers to different collectors

After reassigning customers to collectors the customer still has deliquent activities and the assigned to still shows the original collector.   Currently the new collector would have to go into each strategy and reassign themselves as the Assigned to.   Is there a simpler process or schedule process that reassigns the strategy to the new collector?  This is in Oracle cloud
