Application Engine goes to No Success and works when restarted without any fix

Hello,

I have a custom application engine process which fails sometimes (not all the time) on a specific update statement (custom record which is recently created) and when we restart the process, it runs to Success without any fix. There is no trace/log on why it is happening. This custom record is being referred/used in few other process as well. Any ideas? Please help. We are on Application PS 9.2 FSCM, PT 8.55 Update 25.
