SBC connection to service provider

Hi

I just wanted to know if anyone has setup SBC in Saudi Arabia or maybe had a setup where there is no edge router on site, nor CE Router provided by the Carrier/service provider?

All deployments i did there has always been a router on site that the SBC connects to, either belonged to the SP or the client,

is there another way to setup sip trunk between the carrier/SP and the client sbc?
