How do I remove items from the Fluid Approvals tile that have previously been worked?

We have some old journals showing up under the Fluid Approvals tile that have been posted, but still appear in our Approvals list. How do we remove these? With the old worklist, we could go to Review worklist items and mark as Worked and they would fall off. These are already marked as Worked, but still appear.
