OAMSSA-20142> <Authentication Failure for user oamadmin, user not found in idstore UserIdentityStore

I am installing new IdAM Version 12.1.0.1 and at OAM level when login to webpage using OAM_ADMIN i am getting below error.

OAMSSA-20142> <Authentication Failure for user oamadmin, user not found in idstore UserIdentityStore1 with exception oracle.igf.ids.EntityNotFoundException: Entity not found for the search filter

alter refer DOC Id. (Doc ID 2080027.1), but it does not resolve my problem.

when login to OAM console url (http://***1oi***:7002/oamconsole ) using OAM_ADMIN /password screen just blink and again come to login prompt.

but using same url when i am login to weblogic user it work properly.

Please help, I have delivery in one week.
