RMS 16.0.2 generic user getting no records through synonyms created on views

Hi All,

I have created one generic user in rms 16.0.2, and i have created synonyms on all the base schema objects. But while creating item in rms application, we are getting no records for Department column, when we looked at database level, we found that synonym created on v_deps,v_groups(which are views) for new user fetching no records. Could not able to find the reason.

Kindly provide any solutions for the same.
